IF YOU USE THIS SITE FROM OTHER LOCATIONS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS. b. Confirm that all of the other information you have provided is accurate.
4. Order Processing: Orders received before 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time are generally entered into processing, not shipped, by the next business day. Depending upon order volume, however, processing can potentially take longer than the estimated times.
5. Domestic Shipping: Orders received before 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time are generally shipped within 7 business days. If we determine that, for any reason, your order will not ship within 9 business days of processing, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail or by phone if a phone number is included at time of order. If express transit is paid, we will put your order in front of the shipping line and send out your order in the quickest time possible. Express transit cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances, and is a non-refundable fee.
When you purchase a new, refurbished, used, or collectible item from The Super Health Store, you pay immediately, online. Included in your payment is a precalculated fee for shipping. A rate chart is included below, and you can also read more about how we calculate those rates below.
When using standard ground shipping, customers should generally allow 10 to 15 business days (or less) for delivery, this timeframe may be exceeded.
When using express ground shipping customers should generally allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, this time frame may be exceeded.

Express Domestic Shipping- This is an estimated 1-5 Business Day Delivery time period that deals with the assignment of terminals, transit time and processing of the order, in addition to confirming payment has cleared. If you do not use the EXPRESS SHIPPING ( 3 day select, 2 day air, next day air) your total time will be an estimated 10- 15 Business Day (or less) transit time from the time you order till the time that the Shipping Company delivers your package. These are estimated times, they are voided due to natural causes and/or mechanical error of shipping company vehicles.
International Shipping- This is an estimated 3 Business Days to 6 weeks depending on country's requirements. Delivery time period that deals with the assignment of terminals, transit time and processing of the order, in addition to confirming payment has cleared. Shipping Charges
Our shipping fees are either fixed or by weight calculated at time of checkout and are according to the type of product you purchase.
Rates are based on shipping weight. Purchasing multiple items will be shipped by weight--"per shipment".
For buyers within the United States , shipping charges and options vary according to the product being purchased, and are listed in the chart below. If you choose standard shipping, The Super Health Store will ship your items the most economical and questest fashion possible. The Shipping chart below is only an estimate or an approximant cost. Your shipping cost is calculated at time of checkout by UPS and their zones.

How Our Rates Are Calculated: thesuperhealthstore.com charges by weight for shipping, and funds are passed to the buyer to offset the costs of packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required.
Shipping costs are an inherent feature in any mail-order service, and we hope that you will understand.
6. Damage during Shipment: The items we sell pass a thorough manufacturer’s inspection prior to shipping. You are responsible for the product once it is in transit, including any damage or loss that may occur during shipment. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipper (typically Fed Ex, USPS, or UPS) first and file a damage claim with the shipper, then contact The Super Health Store Customer Service to help you with the claim and or replacement.
7. Order Cancellation Policy: Typically orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped. Any cancellation to an order after 48 hours of the original sale date or if the order has been shipped, then and automatic 30% restocking/cancellation fee plus any shipping charges incurred. Please call ahead of time before canceling. If your order has been sent, you will be charged all of the freight costs.
Return Policy
8. REFUND POLICY: We' re in the stress relief business - that' s why we want to ensure you purchase your new thesuperhealthstore.com Product with total confidence. If you find you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your thesuperhealthstore.com product for any reason for a full product refund within 30 days of purchase. (S&H charges, duty, international taxes and or brokerage fees that apply are not refunded.)
To return your purchase, just fill out the RMA Request Form or call customer service toll free at (877) 263-0174 Ext to obtain a return authorization number.
Any product returned must be in its original condition, with its original packaging, otherwise a re-stocking fee will apply.
A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IF YOU FOLLOW THE EASY STEPS LISTED BELOW:

For All Returns:
· You must submit the RMA Request Form to be issued a Return Authorization number. For questions, please call our customer service dept. at 877-263-0174 M - F, 9 AM - 5 PM, EST and have your order number ready.
· There must be no more than thirty days between the date you receive the item and the date we receive the return.
· Product must be complete and in resalable condition. We will test all products, and credit may be denied if the product is not working and you have not written us a note explaining the circumstances.
· Credits will only be issued if the product may be resold.
· All returns must be accompanied by this signed and dated return form and your original packing slip.
· Returns that do not have the required forms or are otherwise incomplete will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Refused deliveries will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, incomplete returns and refused deliveries will also be subject to the $10 cancellation/recharging fee.
· Returns that have been improperly packaged in return shipping, and are damaged during shipment will be assessed flat $10 damage fee as well as the 20% restocking fee. Please make sure that your product is well protected by padding on all sides, and that bottles are sealed securely.
· Refunds are for the price of the product only. A credit will not include the original shipping cost. For international sales, a credit will not include any fees including but not limited to duty, taxes and or brokerage fees.
· Returns which have been damaged by the customer or which are clearly over the thirty day limit will be denied for credit. Further, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
· Returns in which 1/3 of the product has been used will be assessed a 30% fee in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
· Returns in which 2/3 of the product has been used will be assessed a 50% fee in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
· Media such as video tapes, CDs, DVDs, Internal Antenna Boosters, Books, and software are final sales and can NOT be returned.
· If you receive a defective product, complete this form for a replacement.
· If this form is modified or incomplete, credit will be instantly denied.
· We will no longer reimburse your return shipping under any circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience.

How to Return a Product:
You must write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package on the label side or else your package will be refused.
Please include the original shipping box and package materials when possible. Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package. For your protection, return the product via UPS prepaid, or U.S. Mail prepaid and with a return receipt. Retain the UPS tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement. Be sure to use proper padding and protection when sending the product. You will be responsible for any damage incurred during shipment. All bottles should be sealed securely; it may be helpful to unscrew the top of the bottle, include a layer of clear wrap, and then reattach the top of the bottle over the plastic wrap.
